Coming in 2009 is The Commons at French Valley. This will be a 68 acre development on Winchester Road, near Briggs Road. The two Stores that have been mentioned for The Commons at French Valley are a Target and a Lowe's Home Imporvement Store.

The Target location would occupy about 177,300 square feet and Lowes would occupy 142,000 square feet of The Commons at French Valley development.
