The Falls at French Valley will be located near Calistoga Drive southeast of the French Valley Airport. The development is still under consideration but the plan for the falls at French Valley is already well developed. The design of the Falls at French Valley is meant to create a stylish, elegant outdoor venue, where people can gather, shop and be entertained. The development will attempt to attract signature upscale stores, eateries, a Theatre Multiplex and one of-a-kind boutiques. Proposed Location
According to the sales literature, The Falls at French Valley will be designed for commercial and retail use, and included's a neighborhood retail center and a lifestyle retail center. Some of the stores mentioned in the literature are, Office Depot, Best Buy, Petsmart, Michaels Crafts, Ross, Big Five, and Barnes and Noble. In the neighborhood retail center the stores that have been mentioned are Bristol Farms, Whole Foods, Henrys, Trader Joes, Staples, Circuit City, Steinmart, Sportmart and Starbucks. At the Lifestyle center the developers are hoping to get a 16 Theatre Multiplex, popular eateries such as Flemings, Pacifica, Cheesecake Factory, P.F Changs, Yard House, Tommy Bahamas, and fine accessories and specialty boutique tenants.
Although the named stores and center's above are not a certainty, the Falls at French Valley does promise to be a welcome addition to the French Valley. We will try to provide updates on this development as more news surfaces.
