The Orchard at Stone Creek will be a 47 acre, development that will host many different shopping venues including, Dixeline Home Center and Lumber Yard, Restaurants, a casual dining plaza and much more.
Some of the new places mentioned in the literature are Cold Stone Creamery, El Pollo Loco, Starbucks, Subway, UPS, Bank of America, Great Clips for har and Walgreens. Is is estimated that there will be approximately 2,000 parking stalls at The Orchard at Stone Creek.
