The New Shopping Center construction for Margarita Ville is already well under way (05/2007). Margarita Ville already has a "Dakota Mart" gas station, a convenience store and "Auto Spa".

According to the Signs Posted around Margarita Ville, there will be a "Fantastic Sam's", "Bam's Grille" and a "Ace Hardware" store in the center. The City of Murrieta Information below estimates the shopping center should be completed in the third quarter of 2007.

This upscale 110,000-square-foot shopping center is located in the heart of the Murrieta residential district. Join Ace Hardware in this premier center. Available retail suites range in size from 1,200 to 15,000 square feet. Shops are for lease and out pads are available for ground lease or build-to-suit. The center is estimated to be available in the third quarter of 2007.
