On July 1, 2009, at about 3:00 a.m. deputies assigned to the Rancho Cucamonga Police Station responded to a suspicious person & vehicle call in the 5000 block of Morning Canyon Way. A witness saw a male walking on the street and looking into vehicles while a second person was seen driving a white mustang in the area. Deputies located both subjects, identified as Latoya Rodriguez and Franklin Coe, and found them in possession of stolen property and mail from multiple vehicle and residential burglaries. Rodriguez is on parole and Coe is on probation for similar crimes.
Both were booked at West Valley Detention Center for Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit a Crime.
