On August 18, 2009 investigators from the Lake Elsinore Station were notified of a possible child molestation involving a water polo coach from Santiago High School in the city of Corona. The suspect, Jason Bills, 21 years, was a volunteer water polo coach at Santiago High School and had recently resigned. The molestations occurred at Bills’ residence in the unincorporated area of Corona when the 15-year-old victim was at this residence.
