The Coachella Police Department responded to the 50-000 block of Jalisco Street, regarding domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that Taurino Galindo, 32 years old from Coachella, assaulted his 60-year-old mother after she refused to give him some money. Galindo’s 38-year-old brother tried to intervene and was also attacked. Both victims suffered minor injuries during the incident. Taurino Galindo was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats against his family.
