San Bernardino – Two Shooting Victims Arrested for Attempted Murder

Keil explains that on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, a shooting occurred in the area of West 16th Street and North F Street in San Bernardino. Found at the scene, were two shooting victims, identified as Mr. Donzell Tate (age 19, of San Bernardino) and Mr. Charles Russell (age 26, of San Bernardino). Both sustained serious non-life threatening injuries. No arrests were made at the time of the incident.
On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, another shooting occurred in the area of West 40th Street and North Electric Street in San Bernardino, where three teenage men were shot. Two of the victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment and the third was pronounced at the scene. The deceased was identified as Mr. Donzell Tate.
Today as a result of the ongoing investigation, the two shooting victims from the November 17th, 2009 incident, Mr. Anthony Shannon (age 19, of San Bernardino) and Mr. Deviandre Davis (age 19, of San Bernardino) were arrested for the October 20th assault. Both men have been transported to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Hospital Jail Ward and lodged for the charge of Attempted Murder. Bail has been set at $1,000,000 each suspect.
