Perris – One Dead in Shooting

On Saturday December 5, 2009 at about 11:10 pm, officers from the Perris Police Department arrived in the 1400 block of Arrow Creek Dr. regarding a 911 call reporting a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found the body of a 16-year-old black male laying in the roadway. Officers determined the male was deceased and declared him so at 11:14 pm. They found the male to have suffered a gunshot wound to the torso. The name of the victim is not being released until the next of kin is notified.

Detectives are not releasing any suspect information at this time.
