Menifee – Residential Burglary Arrest

On December 23, 2009, an unknown person broke into a house in the 27000 block of Yorba Linda Court, Menifee, and stole numerous personal items from the victim, including blank checks.

The suspect cashed those checks at banks in Riverside and Menifee. Menifee Police investigators conducted follow-up investigation and identified the suspect as the victim’s former foster-child, Marc Holmes (age 34 of Perris).

He was arrested and booked for burglary, forgery and possession of stolen property.
