On February 1, 2010, at approximately 1435 hours, officers from the Temecula Police Department responded to several calls in the area of Winchester Road and Rustic Glen reference a report of a subject exposing himself to passing motorists.

Upon arrival, officers located the suspect, later identified as Steven Mack, walking near the intersection of Winchester Road and Winchester Creek Avenue. After being positively identified by the victims who reported the incident, Mack was transported and booked into the Southwest Detention Center for 314 PC-Indecent Exposure without incident.
